SHORELINE, Wash. — The Fitness Program managers at Cristwood Park in Shoreline have found a creative way to help keep residents active.
A video sent to KIRO 7 (see above) shows an instructor outside who is leading residents on their balconies through a series of exercises.

In the video, dozens of residents participate with music playing in the background as the instructor shouts, “Side to side,” “Hands on your head” and “Elbows out.”
Officials said the exercise program is ensures residents “are able to enjoy connection and activity amid the preventative measures we follow.”
The program is called, Keeping Active in Place.
Cristwood Park is an independent living community within CRISTA Senior Living.
