After a sweep over Kentucky in the Softball Super Regional matchups, the University of Washington Huskies are heading back to the Women's College World Series in Oklahoma City.
This will be the Huskies’ 14th trip in program history and the third year in a row.
“We knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but just more so proud of how we were able to do what we did against an offense like that,” said head coach Heather Tarr.
On Monday morning, the team left Seattle to head to Oklahoma City.
The Huskies will face PAC-12 rival Arizona, who they swept earlier this morning.
Fans can watch that game at 9 a.m. Thursday on ESPN.
