SEATTLE — The College Republican National Committee has asked the University of Washington to revoke the University of Washington College Republicans' status.
The group is responsible for several high-profile controversies, including an affirmative action bake sale in May.
The committee says it revoked the organization's charter back in 2018, and they've been operating illegitimately since.
According to the Daily U-Dub, the group will lose access to room reservations and emails on Monday.
Those resources will be given to the Husky College Republicans, a group that is now being recognized by the CRNC.
