A 14-year-old boy was arrested after starting a fire at a Lynnwood church, police said.
The incident happened at the New Life Church on Aug. 31.
Investigators said the fire was started by burning Bibles. They believe the boy set the fire right underneath smoke detectors.
After the fire alarms went off, the teen allegedly ran out the back of the building, and through a
parking lot and jumped over a fence.
He was caught on surveillance cameras.
Officers arrested him, and police said he had a knife.
