SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office shared video this week of its helicopter rescue team saving a hiker on the Robe Canyon Trail late last month.
On March 26, the team was notified of a hiker who broke her ankle while on the trail. Deputies, search and rescue volunteers, and a United States Forest Service officer found the woman on the ground, and the SnoHawk10 helicopter flew to the area shortly after to hoist her 200 feet into the air.
The woman was flown to Providence Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
