SEATTLE — The Seattle Seahawks are hosting a military hiring event on Thursday April 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at CenturyLink Field.
The event is open to all branches of service, active duty, reservists, veterans, family members and Department of Defense employees. Click here to register.
"Build your professional network by engaging with hiring managers and community leaders from federal, local, and national companies. Interview assistance, resume building and onsite interviews will be available," a description for the event reads.
Over 1,500 jobs are available and employers expected to attend include:

- Bangor Submarine Base
- Keyport Underwater Warfare Center
- Naval Facilities Command
- Command, Navy Region Northwest
- Port of Seattle
- Lyft
- First & Goal Hospitality / First & Goal Inc.
- Boeing
- National Event Pros
- Taco Time
- Veterans Affairs
- Fed Ex
- Snohomish County Sheriff's Office Corrections Bureau
- Hilton Hotels
In addition to meeting with potential employers, military members will be able to attend workshops on how to update their LinkedIn profile and/or resume, prepare for interviews and more.
Food will be available for purchase and the Seahawks Pro Shop is offering a 15% discount on in-store purchases for all military members in attendance.
