POULSBO, Wash. — Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed a Kitsap County store Saturday morning wearing a clown mask and armed with a knife.
The robbery happened at a store on Pioneer Way off Highway 3 in Poulsbo. Police say a man wearing a clown mask and armed with a knife entered the store and demanded money. He then took the money and ran away.
Police say the clerk believes he knows the man based on his voice.
Kitsap County sheriffs deputies began searching the area and deployed a K-9 track but only found the clown mask, not the suspect.
