A man was shot in the leg near Rainier Valley on Thursday morning, according to the Seattle Police Department.
At around 3:40 a.m. on Thursday, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 4000 block of South Holly Street.
That address is near the Seattle neighborhoods of Hillman City, New Holly and Rainier Valley.
At the location, officers found a man with a gunshot wound to his leg.
According to police, the suspect fled the scene.
