Troopers with the Washington State Patrol are investigating a fatal crash on SR 516.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. Thursday just east of Military Rd near Kent.
Troopers said a truck hit a woman who was in the right lane of the road and she died at the scene.
The driver, who was on his way to work, stayed at the scene and did not show signs of impairment, according to Troopers.
All eastbound lanes reopened just after 6:30 a.m.
