SNOHOMISH, Wash. — A mudslide shut down E Lowell Larimer Road near Snohomish on Friday afternoon, the sheriff’s office said.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office tweeted about the closure in the 6700 block around 2:20 p.m.
ROAD CLOSED: The 6700 block of E Lowell Larimer Rd (just south of Seattle Hill Rd) is currently closed due to a mudslide across the roadway. No injuries. No estimated reopening time. Please use alternative routes. pic.twitter.com/d8PnthWsl8

There are no reported injuries and there is no estimated time for reopening.
Another round of heavy rain and gusty wind arrived early Friday morning, with the rain and wind continuing through midday, causing some mudslides and minor flooding in the area.
