Four people were treated after a hazardous situation at a Seattle trash dump Thursday, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
Just after 1 p.m., firefighters and medics responded to a hazardous material spill or leak at the North Transfer Station in the 1300 block of North 34th Street.
Crews asked people to avoid the area.
Four people were treated at the scene. All are in stable condition.
1300 block of N 34th St: HazMat crews are making entry into the building to investigate. The entire facility is being evacuated as a safety precaution.
