KENT, Wash. — Puget Sound Fire says firefighters put out a fire that had spread to the roof of a house in Kent.
Fire crews responded to a house fire on S. 259th Street. near 94th Pl. S. at early Thursday morning.
The fire spread significantly by the time firefighters arrived.
It took firefighters nearly an hour to extinguish the fire.
Crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to nearby homes.
No injuries were reported.
