STEHEKIN, Wash. — Chelan County Emergency Management (CCEM) has issued an evacuation order for the Stehekin Valley due to heavy rain forecast for Monday.
“Slide areas may slide again, and creeks and drainages are expected to rise,” CCEM posted.
Residents who can access the ferry at Purple Point are advised to take the 1:30 pm boat on Saturday or on Sunday.
