Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying a serial bank robber in the South Sound.
Authorities said the suspect is responsible for at least four bank robberies and one attempted bank robbery since June.

Pearl St. in Tacoma.<br/> • September 30th, 2016, Red Canoe Credit Union on Meridian Ave. E. in South Hill.
Police say that during the robberies, the suspect would show the teller a note demanding cash and threatened he was armed.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a heavy build, brown hair and missing two of his bottom teeth. The suspect has been seen in a black baseball hat, glasses with thick black frames, a black zip-up hoodie and latex fingertip gloves.
