SPANAWAY, Wash. — Pierce County deputies are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men who are seen on surveillance stealing a catalytic converter off a truck parked in a driveway in Spanaway.
Before 6 a.m. on May 26, the suspects are seen on video using a saw to cut it off in about 30 seconds.
Deputies described the two suspects as white men in their 20s or 30s.

They drove away in a late 90s to early 2000s white Acura TL with black wheels. A license plate could not be seen.
“We believe the car has been used in other catalytic converter thefts in our area,” deputies said.
