A crash involving a military convoy shut down westbound Interstate 90, west of Snoqualmie Pass near Franklin Falls, on Wednesday afternoon.
Troopers said the crash involved two trucks from a military convoy.
One truck rolled and landed on its side, leaving the windshield shattered.
Washington State Patrol troopers said the brakes of one of the trucks failed, but no one was hurt.
The mess is expected to take some time to be cleaned.
Troopers estimated it could take up to an hour and a half until the lanes reopen.
The crash is under investigation.
Here are some pics from the collision WB 90 at MP 47. No injuries. #Closure for I-90 WB at Easton for recovery of the two convoy vehicles. Length of closure approximately 2 hours. Plan accordingly. Trying to get this cleared as quick as possible. Cause is brake failure. pic.twitter.com/qp6XD0yT78
