BREMERTON, Wash. — Bremerton police are warning parents of a man that twice offered an 11-year-old girl a ride to school.
Around 8:30 a.m. on March 18, the attempted luring occurred in an alleyway off Lafayette Avenue and again on 15th Street near the school bus stop.
The man is described as a white man with no facial hair, a muscular build, and short, balding hair.
He was driving a small, two-door, dingy red pickup truck with black duct tape covering the rear driver-side window.
