LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Nov. 20, 2020 update: The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the identity of the body found near Edmonds College on Thursday.
Officials said the body was of a 29-year-old man and the cause of death was asphyxia and manner of death was suicide.

Detectives are investigating after a body was discovered Thursday behind a building in Lynnwood.
The body was found in the 7000 block of 196th Street Southwest, near Edmonds College.
Investigators said the death is suspicious.
The identity of the body has not been released.
