KING COUNTY, Wash. — An arrow from a compound bow went through the back window of a vehicle on Wednesday near Lake Tapps, troopers said.
It happened on westbound State Route 164 and 196th Avenue Southeast.
Troopers said a person living nearby was shooting the bow and that “one got away,” but no one was injured.
The bow owner did come forward and could face reckless endangerment charges.
