LAKE STEVENS, Wash. — One person was shot near a gas station Tuesday night in Lake Stevens, police said.
The Lake Stevens Police Department said they found the victim near the Safeway gas station on North Davies Road around 6 p.m.
They said the victim will recover from the wounds and the suspect called soon after the gunfire to turn himself in.
No other information was available. Police are continuing to investigate.
