RENTON, Wash. — Crews battled a fire at a Renton apartment complex just after 2 p.m.
The flames broke out at the Highlander apartments, 333 Vuemont Pl. NE, Monday afternoon.
Video from Chopper 7 showed smoke billowing from an upper floor. Firefighters used chainsaws to cut holes in the roof to vent the flames.
At 2:45 p.m., firefighters appeared to have the fire under control.
