Fall City, Wash. — The Snoqualmie River crested late Wednesday afternoon in Carnation and Fall City, leaving some people trapped inside their homes.
Stacy Buschman usually has a view of the river -- it's just not usually this close. Wednesday her Fall City home was surrounded by water.
Her family is trapped inside.
"This is the third time this year," she told us via cellphone. We had Buschman call us from her balcony.
"This one is worse than both of them," she said.
During the first flood in January Buschman's husband's truck got stranded in the water and has been sitting unusable ever since. They were trapped for two days then and for a day in November.

"This one I don't know -- probably two, three days maybe,” Buschman said. Her kids can't get to school.
"Well, I was here six years and we had to evacuate three times," said Jim Hutchens, who used to live next to the Aldarra Little League Field in Fall City. He ran his horse business there until he moved himself and the business three years ago.
"A big reason was because of the flood. I mean, we would get seven feet of water in the back pasture, I'd have to evacuate horses all over the area and so I'm sure glad I moved,” he said.
"I'm very relieved it's not me, I can sleep at night now."
Buschman’s family isn't so lucky -- not only are they flooded Wednesday, but they'll probably be flooded Thursday.
"You can't go anywhere, but you prepare for it, so it's not that bad,” she said.
