Teen with Down syndrome missing out of Bothell found safe

BOTHELL, Wash. — UPDATE: The boy has been found safe.

Bothell police are looking for a 16-year-old boy who was last seen early Friday.

Frederick “Freddy” Carlson has Down syndrome.  He was last seen at his home in the 24000 block of Sixth Place West at 6 a.m.

Freddy is white, 5-feet 3-inches tall, 160 pounds and has red hair. He was last seen wearing a gray Bothell High School sweatshirt, jeans and a black backpack.

Anyone who sees Freddy or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
