SEATTLE — The arrest last month for allegedly beating a stranger with a pool cue and stealing his car marked the sixth time a 17-year-old has been arrested in just over a year.
The Seattle Times reports that Kersan Pascal pleaded not guilty yesterday to first-degree robbery in the June 24 attack in South Seattle. Pascal has been charged as an adult.
Up until spring 2011, Pascal didn't have a criminal record. Fourteen months later, he's got six.
