EVERETT, Wash. — A Boeing 747 Dreamlifter notified the Paine Field air traffic control tower of a hydraulics problem at about 3.p.m. Tuesday.
The modified 747 aircraft landed safely just before 4 p.m., after dumping fuel over Puget Sound to lighten its load. It was towed off the runway.
