A dive team recovered the body of a man from Blackmans Lake Sunday morning.
Officials believe the body is likely that of a 38-year-old fisherman who disappeared Saturday, Dec. 6. After seven days of searching in December, officials ended the search.
Two residents spotted something floating in the water Sunday around 9:30 a.m.
Snohomish County Sheriff's Office and Snohomish Police Department officials confirmed it was the body of a man with a yellow rain jacket, which is what the fisherman was wearing before he disappeared.
Police said he was last seen by another fisherman at the lake. He was seen inflating a blue kayak Dec. 6 in the parking lot.
The medical examiner's office is working on positively identifying the man found Sunday.
