Two men were injured Friday afternoon after a vehicle-pedestrian collision in Tacoma, police said.
The incident happened in the 700 block of Commerce Street before 4:30 p.m.
According to Tacoma police, a man was behind a truck unloading material when he was hit by Jeep Cherokee.
The man was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. He is in critical condition.
The driver was also taken to the hospital to be treated but is in seriously condition. Police said the driver of the Jeep was detained.
Police will continue to investigate the incident.
