PULLMAN, Wash. — Wednesday’s game between the University of Washington and Washington State University men’s basketball teams has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols within WSU’s program.

The Boeing Apple Cup Series contest was originally scheduled to be played Dec. 29 in Pullman, but all team-related activities for WSU’s team are currently paused due to its health and safety protocol.

The two schools will work together with the Pac-12 Conference to find a date to reschedule the game.

All tickets purchased for Wednesday’s game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once it is finalized.

Both teams are next scheduled to play on the road next week. The Huskies will return to the court at Arizona on Monday, Jan. 3 and the Cougars plan to play against Colorado on Thursday, Jan. 6.
