SEATTLE - Seahawks running back Spencer Ware was arrested for driving while intoxicated early Sunday morning.
The Washington State Patrol said Ware was arrested on First Avenue and Bell Street.
According to King County Jail records, 22-year-old Ware was booked at 1:56 a.m. and released at 4:23 a.m. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Ware is currently on the injured reserve list.
Ware was drafted in the sixth round by the Seahawks in 2013. He entered the draft after his junior season at Louisiana State University.
The Seahawks beat the New Orleans Saints Saturday to reach the NFC Championship next Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.
