SEATAC, Wash. — King County detectives say that more than 17,000 credit card numbers were stolen in a skimming scheme involving two parking lots in SeaTac.

Yassin Hulbale who investigators say is also known as "big homie"  was arrested for identify theft in connection with the crimes.

Detectives believed that he paid parking attendants at Doug Fox Parking and Shuttle Park 2 hundreds of dollars in cash for numbers obtained by skimming devices he provided to them.

In court documents prosecutors wrote, "A number of the account numbers skimmed were later re-encoded onto the magnetic stripping of other credit cards or simply used for purchases by conspirators and other associates."

Prosecutors said that Hulbale was seen in security video buying thousands of dollars in gift cards.

Detectives believe Hulbale is responsible for at least $603,662.13 in fraudulent charges.

He's set to be arraigned on June 3.
