A Tacoma apartment was evacuated early Friday morning after high levels of carbon monoxide were detected in the building.
TACOMA, Wash. — Firefighters said the boiler at the Gray Apartments on North Tacoma Avenue was not working properly and 22 residents were evacuated just before 1 a.m.
Crews ventilated the building and the residents were allowed back inside.
No injuries were reported.
