Spun-out semi-truck snarls westbound I-90 traffic near Ritzville

RITZVILLE, Wash. — Troopers with Washington State Patrol investigated a “multiple vehicle injury collision” on I-90 at milepost 223 near Ritzville.

Photos from the scene show a semi-truck spun out and fully blocking the westbound roadway. Crews eventually managed to clear it and reopen traffic.

All lanes have since been reopened and the detour from Ritzville to Danekas Road is no longer necessary.
