PIERCE COUNTY, Wash. — The Pierce County Sheriff's Department is asking for help in finding a missing Gig Harbor man who suffers from dementia and a heart condition.
Deputies said 77-year-old Jack Doepke left his home on 54th Avenue Northwest at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Doepke was driving his white 2003 Toyota Tundra. The truck has a canopy and Washington license plate B61560N.
Officials said Doepke forgets easily and does not have his medication with him.
Doepke was last seen at the Days Inn in Port Orchard about 11 a.m. Deputies did not find him there.
Anyone with information on Doepke's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
