PUYALLUP, Wash. — Seven nurses who work in the intensive care unit at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup are expecting babies in the next few months.
An official with Good Samaritan Hospital announced that the nurses are due between May and September.
A picture sent to KIRO 7 from a hospital staff member showed the nurses wearing their hospital scrubs and cards indicating their due dates.
The announcement from the hospital coincides with National Nurses Week – an annual tradition that began in 1993 to as a way to "Celebrate and elevate the nursing profession."
