The victim told detectives she was zip-tied, duct-taped, blindfolded and forced into a vehicle, where she was held at gunpoint and driven to an apartment complex in Bothell, then pushed out of the vehicle.
She was later seen walking down the road, where she was spotted by a nearby resident who called 911.
She was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
