EVERETT, Wash. — A Washington State Patrol trooper has minor injuries after a suspect fled during a stop for suspected DUI.
It happened near Broadway and Hewitt in Everett at about 12:30 a.m. Thursday.
The trooper had the driver doing field sobriety tests when the driver fled back to his car. Police say the suspect slammed the car door on the trooper and then fled.
The driver has not been found.
