More than 5,000 experiencing Internet, phone outage in Bothell

BOTHELL, Wash. — An outage in Fronter services is impacting more than 5,000 customers in Bothell.

Customers affected by this outage will not be able to call 9-1-1 from their Frontier phone. Police say to use a cell phone in the case of an emergency.

The 911 system is not affected by this outage and is available to receive calls.

Customers experiencing an outage live in the 228th Street SE area of Bothell.

As of 1:30 p.m., there is no restoration time.
