Man robs Umpqua bank in Roosevelt

At about 3:45 pm, a man walked into an Umpqua Bank in the 6400 block of Roosevelt Way Northeast, demanded cash from a teller and then fled.

SEATTLE — Seattle police are looking for a man who robbed a Roosevelt bank Thursday afternoon.

At about 3:45 pm, a man walked into an Umpqua Bank in the 6400 block of Roosevelt Way Northeast, demanded cash from a teller and then fled.

Police searched the area but could not find the man.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call the Seattle police robbery unit at 206-684-5535.
