Police are investigating after woman was found dead in an Aberdeen inn on Wednesday afternoon.
At about 4 p.m., crews responded to a report of an unknown medical problem at the Aberdeen Guesthouse Inn in the 600 block of West Heron Street.
After medics arrived, they found a woman, in her mid-50s, dead inside the main lobby.
Police said the victim was working at the inn.
In a news release, police said the woman "sustained injuries consistent with a bladed object."
Before 4:20 p.m., a citizen called the Grays Harbor Communications Center to report a suspicious woman who had blood on her hands.
Officers located the 35-year-old woman, who is known to the Aberdeen Police Department.
Police said she had cuts on her hand.
The woman was arrested for investigation of homicide.
Police are continuing their investigation.
