Violence at Lake City Dick’s Drive-In closes restaurant early

SEATTLE — A violent incident involving a firearm on Thursday night closed the restaurant early and prompted plans to close early Friday night too.

The closing will allow the night crew some needed time off and provide Dick’s time to schedule additional private security.

Dick’s noted that this was the fourth incident involving a firearm at the Lake City location in the past three months.

Seattle police arrested the individuals involved.

Dick’s Drive-In in Lake City will return to normal hours on Saturday.
