BREMERTON, Wash. — The USS John C Stennis, returning from a seven-month deployment, is back home after traveling more than 60,000 miles.

The aircraft carrier and it's 3,200 sailors have been away since departing Jan 15, according to the Kitsap Sun.

The Stennis will rejoin another aircraft carrier, USS Nimitz, at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility.
