SEATTLE — Two women arrested Thursday morning after a burglary at a closed downtown Seattle business.
At about 4:30 a.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary at a cultural center in the 1900 block of Dexter Avenue.
When officers arrived, they searched the area but didn’t find anyone.
About an hour later, officers found one of the suspects in the area and detained her. Police said she had a number of building keys with her.
After interviewing the suspect, police said they were able to get a description and name of her accomplice in the burglary.
A 22-year-old woman was arrested and booked into the King County Jail on suspicion of burglary.
The investigation remains ongoing.
