Suspect turns himself in for 1st Degree Murder charge in South Kitsap

KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — Authorities responding to a 911 call in South Kitsap on Monday found the body of a man who had died of an apparent homicide.

Detectives worked throughout the night investigating the scene, interviewing witnesses and identifying a suspect.

Tuesday morning, the suspect turned himself in to the Kitsap County Jail and was booked for first degree murder.

His first court appearance will be on Wednesday.

The investigation is ongoing and detectives request that anyone with information can call the Kitsap County Sheriff at 360-337-7111.
