FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — Story update: The Silver Alert for missing 82-year William Parr has been canceled. Parr was found by state troopers on I-5 near JBLM and is safe at home with his family, Federal Way police said.

Original story: A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 82-year-old man with dementia.
Federal Way police are looking for William Parr.
Parr left a doctor’s appointment around noon and has not been seen since.
He is driving a 2013 Maroon Subaru Outback with Washington license plate AMN8215.
Anyone who sees Parr or the car is asked to call 911.
