SEATTLE — No foul play is suspected after a University of Washington student was killed in a fall from a residence hall on campus Tuesday, KIRO 7 Eyewitness News has learned.
UW police said the body of the college-aged man was found underneath some bushes outside McMahon Hall Tuesday morning by students who were passing by at about 10 a.m.
UW police Cmdr. Steve Rittereiser said officers believe the man either jumped or fell from an 11th-floor balcony of the dormitory. Rittereiser confirmed that the victim was a UW student.
Video from Chopper 7 showed the medical examiner's van at the scene.
