Bailey is said to be 6 feet tall and weighs 225 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan puffy jacket and tan pants.

Bailey is also known to hang out in the 700 block of South Tobin near the Salvation Army, police said. It is also unusual for him not to return home in the evening.
