More than 1,700 customers were without power in Seattle's SoDo, International District and First Hill neighborhoods.
Crews with Seattle City Light responded to the outage, which was reported about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
As of 8:09 p.m., Seattle City Light said power was restored to the majority of customers.
No information was given on exactly what has caused the outage.
