KIRKLAND, Wash. — The three right lanes of northbound Interstate 405 were closed, causing traffic to slow in Kirkland Friday morning.
Maintenance crews were working on pothole repairs near Northeast 124th Street.
The toll lanes were open to all drivers while the lanes were closed.
The work has since been finished and all lanes are back open.
