Suspect in Bellingham sexual assault

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Police released a composite sketch of a suspect in a sexual assault that happened in mid-August in the Byron Street area of Bellingham.

Bellingham police detectives are looking for information leading to the identity and arrest of the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white man, 25 to 35 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a stocky build, brown hair and scruffy facial hair. He was wearing dark clothing.
