A 23-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a double homicide last year in North Seattle, police said.
On Aug. 28, 2021, police found two people with apparent gunshot wounds inside a unit at the Hillcourt Apartments in Lake City. Witnesses had called 911 at 4 p.m. that day to report the deaths in the 3000 block of Northeast 140th Street.
Detectives have not said what led to the killings but are continuing to investigate.
The suspect has been booked into the King County jail on two counts of murder, as well as counts of robbery and burglary.
Investigators are still asking anyone with information about the crime to call 206-233-5000.
